In each of three aparthotels there is a lobby with a dining room where guests can cook something and eat, drink coffee and have a breakfast. All rooms of aparthotel on Basseyna str. and mini-hotel on Kropivnitskogo have air conditioning, refrigerator, heater, telephone and desk. Also each room has a hairdryer and a private bathroom with toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.) for every day. Breakfast in the room is also available. Robes and slippers are provided free of charge in the suite apartments.

Apartments are cleaned every day, and towels are changed as well. Sheets are changed every 3 days; toiletries are included into the room rate.

Children with no age limitation are accommodated free of charge on extra-beds (if the bed is available in the room).
