Upon the receipt of your order we will temporarily change the status of the selected apartment in Kiev to “reserved” and send you a notification. After that during 24 hours you are to do an advance payment of one night accommodation and inform us about the payment. The paid sum will be included into the total bill for accommodation and will be deducted from the final calculation. In case of no-show or reservation cancellation the payment will not be returned. Reservation dates are only transferred after agreement of the other dates with us. The payment of the entire booked stay is necessary immediately upon your arrival to hotel.

The reservation cancellation in force-major situations is free of charge at least 2 nights in advance. In case the down payment has already been done by the moment of cancellation, after agreement with us the sum can be left as a deposit until your next visit to Kiev or can be returned to you (bank expenses for money transfer will be deducted from your payment).

Replacement of the apartments after reservation or after arrival is possible only upon availability of vacant apartments, but we are always trying our best to satisfy all your demands.

It is recommended to make a reservation 1-2 weeks before arrival.

In case you haven’t reserved an apartment in Kiev beforehand, we will be happy to offer you one of our apartments available for the requested period or to find a vacant apartment in the area on daily rent basis in accordance to your demands.

In such case, please, contact us one day before arrival. We never leave our frequent guests without support and assistance.

The minimal accepted reservation is for 2 nights period. Guests arriving for 1 night are accommodated in vacant apartments upon arrival. In this case, please contact us on the day of arrival or the day before arrival. We also accept your bookings for less than 2-night stay, in case those are linked with another orders for specific dates and for specific apartment. In case the apartments in the city center, you have chosen on this site are not available for the period of your stay in Kiev, we will offer other options.

Pay attention! Your order becomes valid after the advance payment for one night of accomodation in the apartments. Once we receive the payment, we will send you a letter of receipt confirming the booking. We guarantee you accommodation in the apartments, which you have booked for the specified period.

Replacement of the apartments is available only in the emergency cases (emergency water or electricity supply cut, long-term rent of the apartments). In this case, the apartments are replaced with similar or of a higher grade with price remaining the same.

Rules of Payment: In order to pay for your reservation online, please, fill in the order form, indicating the way of payment (via credit cards Visa, Mastercard). After getting our confirmation please proceed to BOOKING page and press PREPAY button. It is possible to make a full and an advance payment (at least one night stay rate), as well as payment for transfer to/from the hotel apartments if necessary.

The online payment is only available for Visa and Mastercard holders. Your card issuing bank must be empowered to make payments with your credit card through the Internet. The payment system can also offer you the procedure of card verification as an effort to bring down the fraud in the online aquiring.

You are also welcomed to pay for your reservation upon arrival through our mobile payment terminal. We accept Visa and Mastercard (do not forget your PIN code).

Pay attention! If the payment is done through credit cards, we may ask you to provide a proof of you being the holder of the card. Please treat this with understanding.

Cash payment: You can make an advance payment for one night (to book apartment) or to pay for the entire order. You can make payment in cash during the preliminary inspection of the apartments (if you or your trustees are in Kiev), and on the day of check-in you can pay in cash for the whole period of stay. Payment is made in UAH (Ukrainian currency).

Bank transfer: Such transfers are only possible between the residents of Ukraine. In this case you are to send us a request letter on the letterhead of the paying company with the seal of the payer by fax or by e-mail and we will issue an invoice for you. After the money are received on our bank account and the services of accommodation are provided, we will send by post or hand personally to you the original invoice, taxpayer certificate, acts of executed work with our seal, and, if necessary, contract or any other financial documents according to your requirements.

Check-in and check-out time: The check-in begins after 13:00, the check-out is at 12:00. We always allow early check-in or late check-out If there is a possibility. If you would like to secure an early check-in or a late check-out in advance, extra one-night rate payment will be required.

Payment documents: After you check-in and pay for accomodation, we issue all reporting documents: an invoice or a contract (depending on your accountant requirements), certificate of state registration, taxpayer certificate, receipts and checks. If necessary we can prepare also other documents which are necessary for financial report on all your expenses connected to the accomodation, including transfer to/from the hotel.

Pet policy: Pets are allowed not in all the apartments. If you would like to stay in our apartments with pets, you are to notify us beforehand and receive a special permit. If you have not received the permission for pets accomodation, your order may be revoked. In this case, the deposit will not be refunded.

Children: Children are accomodated free of charge on the existing beds regardless of age.

Extra beds are available not in all rooms. Prior agreement is required.

If you need to be met at the airport or train station, please let us know all the details regarding your arrival and our drivers will pick you up and deliver directly to your apartment.

If your stay is longer than 10 days, you will receive a discount of up to 10% and a free shuttle service from/to the airport or train station.
